Selected products will come with an Authenticity Card in your bag upon purchase that comes with a limited 6-month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects and is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, online or offline.

Should you find a defect on your item within this period, our team will arrange to repair your bag at no extra cost (original proof of purchase is required).

Terms and conditions: 

  1. For manufacturing defects reported within six (6) months of purchasing, all repair expenses will be covered for purchases made directly from Sometime only.
  2. A replacement bag will be arranged for defects beyond repair. Subject to product availability. 
  3. The limited warranty does not cover bag or personalization damages caused by misuse, modification, water damage, or cosmetic damages (e.g. scratches, wear and tear, peeling, soiling, etc).
  4. The limited warranty is not applicable to the Reject Sale Collection.
  5. For purchases that doesn't come with the Authenticity Card, you will still be eligible for the standard Return and Exchange policy as follows:
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We provide returns and exchanges of product purchased due to manufacturing defect or being out of expectation, within 10 days from the date product is received.

Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its validity for returns, a store credit voucher with no expiry date, equivalent to the price of the purchased product, will be issued and sent via email to the customer.

Unless the product is received faulty, please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Items should be returned unused with our tags and dust bag. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Delivery fee to product return shall be borne by the customer.
